Pastor Rick Oursler

Pastor Rick has served as the pastor of Melville Chapel United Methodist Church since 2018.  He is a second career pastor, having taught middle school and high school physical education in Howard County Schools before retiring to serve as a pastor.   He has a passion for teaching and preaching.
